This month we have been focusing on outsourcing to help with loving on ourselves as founders. This has included identifying vendors that can support with time consuming and let's face it - draining tasks. This month we added the following into our routine and they have been life savers:
Meal Prep... We found an amazing company here in South Florida, Ideal Nutrition, that caters to diverse range of diets. They ensure that what we are putting into our bodies supports our overall health and wellness.
Cleaning... We have met a couple of local companies that have been supporting us with not only cleaning up the space post construction, but also providing support at home since we are here so often now.
Administrative Projects... Getting administrative things done is so hard that sometimes it's just more efficient to pay experts to get it done right the first time around. Upwork has been a lifesaver!
We are excited to provide a community to share experiences and advice with other like-minded professionals. Understanding that we can not do it all and acknowledging the value of our time has allowed us the freedom of peace and ease knowing that all things will be handled... one way or another.
